You have raised a number of interesting issues, but are you seriously saying that SPNGE doesn't know who owes them receivables? Why would you say that? OK, I grant you that IF they somehow didn't know this then they couldn't "book" them. But do you really think they are in a position where they can't book them because they don't know who owes what?

You are weakening your credibility IMHO by reaching.
