I smell dilution, the way MM Pumping this baby non-stop, expect some filing very soon that shows dumping, dilution so MM can make easy money shorting at these levels.

They are pumping this non-stop now, typically this happens with a penny when huge dilution is about to happen or bad news about to hit wire. MM will make huge money at these levels if this sinks back to 0.02 range on that news
