The quiet period is not brought about by a 10Q...it was a result of GZFX dropping the share/funding from Southern Securites, located on Anna Maria Island, (Holmes Beach City), FL., and the SEC says "so"....and that's a fact, Jack.

We still haven't got the rest of the story on that one. I went to Southern Securities to find out about this, but was deterred by hurricane Ivan, (as restoration was a foremost). I will return there soon and get the "skinny" after hurricane season is over....by then it may not matter...and I truly think it does not now, anyway...but I still want to know for future reference...
