They cannot do anything to you, tell them to take their C&D and shove it. Look at how BW has tried to evade paying bills and has not informed shareholders about the lawsuit against the company, that he did not bother to show up to or this 9/24 filing. If it went to court, you would have a very good leg to stand on, IMO. Instead of trying to silence critics, BW should stop diluting to pay for his race car ambitions and his other company. Come clean with investors or close up shop. This is one time I hope YA comes in and cleans up.
