Arp, This is where I pull away from Clawmann's earlier opinion that this 77mil shares were not involved in a settlement agreement. A trade like that only on insider info would be to flagrant and raise enough red flags and garner to much attention but as part of a settlement agreement? Please understand, I don't know any of the legalities or filing requirements of including a stock transfer in a settlement of this sort if there is one and I'd like to reiterate that I believe there is one.
