Coach Don Shula To Participate with NFL Players Association Celebrity Pro-Am

(OTC Bulletin Board: ASGA - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, ASGA Tour, Inc., has entered into an agreement with Coach Don Shula, legendary coach of the Miami Dolphins, to participate in the NFL Players Association Celebrity Pro-Am in Nashville, Tennessee, June 26-27, 2002, and to be the key-note speaker at the Hall of Fame Dinner on Thursday evening, June 27, 2002. Coach Shula's distinguished career was highlighted by the 1972 Miami Dolphins, which completed the season with a perfect record.
