ASGA Tour, Inc. Executes Agreement with American Amateur Golf Tour
ELIZABETH CITY, N.C., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ASGA, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASGA - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, ASGA Tour, Inc., has entered into an agreement with the American Amateur Golf Tour (AAGT), the largest amateur tour in the Country conducting amateur tours in 23 cities and will continue to develop new cities in the future. Under the terms of the agreement, ASGA granted certain exemptions from qualifying for AAGT amateur players based on the AAGT's Order of Merit and will provide its Special Events Services for the AAGT National Championship in Scottsdale, Arizona. AAGT will provide certain marketing services through its tour cities relating to ASGA's Special Events Services and will assist with the organization of ASGA's skills event in each of the five regions of the AAGT.
