ASGA Tour, Inc. Executes Presenting Sponsorship Agreement with Stem Genetics, Inc.
ELIZABETH CITY, N.C., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- ASGA, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ASGA - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, ASGA Tour, Inc., has entered into a presenting sponsorship agreement with Stem Genetics, Inc. to become presenting sponsor of the ASGA Tour. Under the terms of the agreement, ASGA Tour, Inc. will receive $5,000,000 of restricted common stock of Stem Genetics, Inc. Stem Genetics, Inc. is in the process of completing documentation to file a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become publicly traded.
