TIV may come up with 'a plan' ...
... to meet AMEX requirements, but then they come up with a LOT of 'plans'.
Couldn't be a worse time for them to run afoul of the AMEX requirements. AMEX stated publicly a year or two ago that they are committed to ridding the exchange of borderline stocks, those that tout without clout. lol They are trying to clean up their image as an exchange and when they wrote that, the descriptions they used of the kind of company they would just as soon not have on the exchange fit TIV perfectly.
Now would be a good time to write the AMEX and link them to some of the more egregiously outrageous statements made by management over the last couple of years while reminding them of their own 'plans' to clean up the exchange.
