jersey, thanks for the help you're trying to give me. on the other hand the ceo of a company should not have a problem with pride or whatever it is that is keeping him from calling me. and i must disagree with you on the point of cash flows - i am not interetsed in getting any details except an explanation of when i will get paid - i don;t even need an apology. double knows me well enough to know it,. i think i may call one of my lawyer frineds tomorrow and see if it is possible to file a lien against the company. i do not want to hurt any of the shareholders but as i said before, if the company is actually doing business why can;t he call me and offer some kind of repayment schedule? i am not an unreasonable person, but i am tired of being used. it is a simple matter to call and tell me what he can send and when. i do not need to know any details of the company's operations. just want what is due me - long overdue. i am extremely disappointed in the man, to say the least
