A coincidence that on the same day of the signing, 77M shares (by far one of the largest single trades ever executed in the history of this stock) happened to trade?

Losmashrt, in business there are no coincidences. The buyer was in some way an insider...and knew something.

You could make the argument that the purchaser merely placed a large order well below the ask, anticipating the upside opportunity at that price was strong. However, 77M shares? That is an awfully large number for a quick flip.
