how is it spnge and spngers to be in the skulls and bones rating and the garbage rating, and your not there because of a late 10-k no,no,no,no..

Your there because the SEC investigation is serious, this is all starting to unfold, as far as the stock goes SPNGE it was beaten down so much it was due for an up day but dont worry that will coem to an end to...this stock is headed for the crapper just like your stock rating now lol, one evnetually follows the other...enjoy.
So much for the Nasdaq listing, LOL.
