Stamped the briefs "confidential"? No. What would be the justification for that? No.
Stamped the request for an extension to file pleadings "confidential"? No (although the judge would have to agree to that and sign off before it would go to Pacer; but September 25th was already an extended deadline, so I discount heavily that prospect).
Stamped a request for an extension by reason of on-going settlement discussions "confidential". Maybe, but very unlikely.
