But I am not certain that this makes much difference. Even in the case of paper filings, the Pacer rep told me that those should be available on Pacer on the same day they are received. And this is a quote from the Pacer FAQ's page:
"How often is the case information updated on PACER?
Case information appears on the PACER system in real time. Once case information has been updated in CM/ECF, that information is available through PACER immediately."
