It will not BK the company, the company is suing the BOD for "NOT LESS THAN $20 MILLION"

It is the only chance the company has of being anything more than a printing press.

Disclaimer - I am not a basher, disgruntled ex-employee, hedge fund employee etc etc. I am a regular guy who is fed up with people being scammed.
