There were public announcements On April 20th and Jul 28th. Both sounded positive and encouraging and were 3 months apart. It could be the end of October before any other announcement for '09, which may correspond with holiday sales; maybe even a projection, a new partner, sales figures, buyout or NASCAR sponsorship. (joke)

This is obviously a one-man show with maybe two other employees; the patent for AC-11 should have some value to shareholders. So you must wait if he decides to buck the trend and catch the market offguard with an announcement, then it would probably hit the 20's.
