Riv,If you get the time can you look at cbyi.Nite seems to be holding her back.I added some today,will add more on any pullback.I like what I see.Deal is agreed upon and shares being restricted are the two things I was looking for. Responses from First investors:-cbyi I did recieve a email from trey at First investors.Everything looks good.Just dotting the I's and crossing the T's Here is the responseThe acquisition is still on track. I am unsure of the close date as they are currently working on accounting and legal items.



Terms have been agreed to and the deal is expected to close upon the approval of legal and accounting items.



Sorry for the delay, we were out of the office on Friday.

Second response:Paying for the acquisition in a combination of stock and via an earn-out cash component (through performance bonuses).



The shares will bear a restrictive legend.
