Well I dont have inside information so I can not say that but come on,

1. Fake webiste (that is now down. Other then a logo and one reference to Avanade Softnet in one sentence no where on any other page does it say this. Even on the page that was up none of the links said Avanade Softnet or Search Avanade Softnet. Strange?

2. Not just denial but statements made by employee of Avanade that there is no relationship between Softnet and Avanade and legal and IT departments are working on it. Strong statement to make dont you think. If there was a pending agreement and that was said (and to more than one person on this board) would that not be misleading information. I think so.

3. The company does not have a phone number

4. Their real website does not work

5. SEC filings are not up to date

6. Avanade is a huge company part owned by microsoft...what is Softnets Clientel. Can anyone tell someone on this board of an active customer.

These are the facts. Sorry if it pisses you off.
