Actually the "forced disclosure" statement Mike made is absolutely correct. But, and it's a big but, if there is any indication that there has been FRAUD you no longer have to go the EGM route. Hand it over to the State of Nevada and let them handle it. And if you've done your homework you already know who to talk with and what information and documents you need to hand over. Gee I wonder what those would be?
