Because, as you know fully well, this is a real company with real products and bound to make a lot of money in the next few years. If you think you were going to short this puppy all the way to zero, you're in for a rude awakening.

By the way, I'm still emailing with Judd Bagley from the Deep Capture team, and I am hopeful that they will get curious enough to start their own investigation of the SPNG/E recent stock price story, which could lead to interesting developments. I'll post more about this in the near future.
