I dont think people really care whether EXPH or the spinoff are at .07. They will have shares in both.

The only way they wouldnt would be if JD spins off and doesnt give out a divvy.

This is where insiders having common stock becomes an advantage to both parties. They will want shares in the spin off too.

There are things to be worried about for the spinoff, but I dont think this is one of them.
