ocean, i have rcn in queens. i have already signed up for q with them. it is 7.95 a month and will be available one day this week. the rep could not tell me the exact day though. i asked why it is not already viewing which he thought they were when he signed me up for q until i asked him what channel should i turn to to view q since i didn't see it anywhere. he said hold on and came back to tell me it won't be available until later in the week. he didn't know what was holding it up since he thought it was already available to view. he did know q immediately though, so that was good. so what is your question.
