I just got off the phone with Doug..... We all know he's really just another shareholder, however being as large a holder as he is, he's privy to more info than us smaller ones.... He stated he had no knowledge on the SEC stuff till yesterday, same as us.... He couldn't give me the info that he has found out, however he did add after looking into this in depth he is VERY comfortable with the stock/sec involvment..... He also stated he'll be buying shares on Monday if there is a selloff which he feels could happen....
