For them to be able to reacquire it; there was most likely a buyout clause or the contract has expired and they are not giving J&J the option to renew it. Unless, J&J are willing to pay a hefty fee. It is sounds like a win, win situation for Palmaz.

All the arrows are pointing to CWDW. All the clues are pointing to CWDW. CWDW would be the most likely one to take PALMAZ to the next level to get the neccessary funding.

What we need is a PR or some kind of filing to validate it all. LOL.
