SJJNAMARTIN; Michelex is on it's way out, and a New Corporation is on the way in. NIR is behind the Reverse Merger and NIR holds alot of shares and I know theres no way they are selling anything down here in the subs. My guess is that this heads toward the pennies once the Reverse Merger takes place.
