That birthermercial we told you about earlier is running in seven states, one of the men behind the program tells us.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation says his group will decide soon on a second buy for the 28-minute program that asks late-night viewers to give $30 to have a fax sent to government officials demanding Obama produce his birth certificate. As a thank you, contributors also get a special Birther bumper sticker.
