What you don't get is that your argument makes no sense from Seamless' point of view. In your scenario...
Seamless pays OTC 1.3 bil shares to pump stock.
OTC pays $50 grand to a handful of other promoters to generate some momo, at which time OTC dumps 1.3 bil @ .0001 for a gross of 135k - 50k for a net of 85 grand.
And Seamless forked over the shares in the first place... why??
