ISO - International Organization for Standardization is the way companies/organizations are able to recognize the ways to work efficiently & effectively for their customer, shareholder or taxpayer. Problems are corrected at the root cause, not the symptom, so they do not recur and there is accountability throughout. Credibility and integrity is also found because employees from top to bottom are included. The important thing for me is that CMT has chosen partners who are ISO Certified. Before retirement, this was my job so I am sort of biased as to its benefits.
