I think it takes some time for large orders to be approved. Companies whether they be government or civilian have to go through the chain of approveal and appropriation of funds those things don't happen over night. I'm sure many where waiting on an actual demonstration to me that happened last week maybe earlier for the big dogs. Your time frame makes it sound like its instantaneous like buying a soda at the quickie mart. Patience and looking at the big picture is the name of the game not conspiracy theory.
