The sec filing showing 50m rev. for 2009 is listing in the extension document, 8/31/ filed with SEC.

Of course, the 70m for 1qtr. 2010 is not available becauase the 10Q has not been filed.

And did you factor in where "or other persons" are being investigated by the SEC for possible securities laws violations? The SEC investigation may have nothing to do with spnge and have everything to do with the NSS, and spnge providing documentation to verify existence of same. Haave you thought of that??
