Technipower Systems, Inc.(fka TECZ)

It all boils down to SOLM (now Technipower) coming forward with some transparency and a plan moving forward. If they used all these PRs the past few weeks to get this thing close enough for the RS to take place then just sit back on their asses this will die a horrible death.

Two things need to happen
1) plan moving forward (Outstanding shares? Financing? More debenture shares? whats going on)

2) Continued good news about contracts/products focusing on the Technipower brand they have adopted (Solomon is now known as Technipower).

These things happen and the RS will not adversely effect the stock and may help in the long run with investors. These things don't happen and everyone will run for the hills and we're back at pennies in a few months.
