WHAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE WOULD BE THE COMPANY DUMPING SHARES WHEN THERE UNDER SEC INVESTIGATION CLEARLY ITS ONE OF TWO THINGS NSS ARE DILLUTION THAT MGMT HAS KEPT HID WITH NO TRANSPARENCY NOW IS THE LACK OF TRANSPERENCY TO PROTECT AGAINST SHORTS ARE IS THE NSS THE EXCUSE MGMT HAS TO DILLUTE WE WILL FIND OUT SHORTLY
