I believe a one point del had the a/s @ 900 million shares.I also saw the post stating the con/chats/del.Btw with all the assets/sales/dicon etc i would have kept the a/s high to protect the company among on things.Right now the company market cap is approx.195 million $ based on 3 billion shares,with the 900 million shares it would have been approx 58.5$ we did almost that in sales in 2009.Thanks for your update.glta
