VRED – Why is VRED dropping? – THIS IS A MUST READ

In response to calls from members, we have approached VRED and requested an explanation regarding the drop in stock price.

We were told on the weekend that the company was going to release news and we have yet to see that news.

This morning we spoke to John Bay @ VRED and he told us that he would return our call.

We also spoke to IR this morning and this is what they tell us.

The company issued some stock as dividend.. It seems that many of these investors have realized the fact that VRED is now trading well and they are trying to sell this stock.

Many of these investors are calling the transfer agent and requesting the legal opinion. The transfer agent is sending out a legal opinion to anyone who has called that there is no 144 exemption which would allow them to sell this stock.

It appears that all this stock is therefore sold short.

IR tells us that management or people close to the company are not sellers.

This again would lead to us to believe that someone is short.

They tell us that these legal opinions will hit trader’s desks today and once they do we should see some covering later today or tomorrow.

None of this is guaranteed so we will have to wait and see.
