It really is that simple, finding common ground using intelligence.
There are nothing wrong with Unions, however they should not be allowed to dominate a market. Right to work State laws should be made into federal law.
This would keep corruption out of Unions in forced unionism States as they would need to compete in a free market. It also allows Unions to continue to form in an effort to fight unfair practices in various trades.
The concept works when common sense is applied. The core purpose of Unions was to keep employers honest and not make excessive profits off the backs of its workers.
Those who say Unions are bad.. are simply ignorant of the core problems. They shouldn't be fighting against Unions, they should be fighting for Right to Work laws. The problem is special interest wants the argument to be in favor of their agenda, so the argument is never really about the core issue.
I would bet that if you asked most people who have a negative view of unions what "right to work" laws were, they would have no clue what you were talking about.
That is the power of lobbying money when used against a lazy, stupid American population.
