The miscreants that sold BCIT shares, that in fact did not exist, knew, or should of known, that they would not be able to deliver those shares. MMs that were just making a market selling NSS were doing what they were supposed to do...fair enough. I'm not convinced that the majority had any intention of covering though, as normal MM shorting and cover happens on the spread...within minutes if not seconds. This did not happen obviously. No doubt the expectation would be that TM would give up and the co. would die, absolving themselves of ever having to cover their NSS positions.

There are going to be some very angry people if and when this starts to trade. Mods, be on alert, and be most aggressive keeping this board within TOU.
