OK, may be, at this stage we can't put it past them that some of the members of the management team might have been guilty of some mild shenanigans ... we'll see exactly what comes out of the 'investigation'.
However, there is still a promising business which stands good chances to flourish and prosper.
My gut feeling is that the worse case scenario we are looking at is SpongeTech ending up having to pay a small fine and then be sent back working on their business after they cleanup their financial acts.
