I wouldn't doubt if the website got launched early by mistake, the underlying data proves his motives and actions while supposedly working for the betterment of XKEM and it's bond/shareholders. No telling how many laws and ethics he has broken. Will be nice to see him get what he deserves. IMO Remember in the CC when I asked him about his conflict of interest? Well it was obviously much deeper than just causing the strike price for the PIPE to drop. Remember he was also the cause XKEM went pink by refusing to file the 10K. I am betting this was his agenda from day one. IMO
