1. One patent has finished reexam. Many more are still in the reexam state and will likely be so until at least last year. The rexamed patent still facing an invalidity claim in court - without a settlement that will take another year.
2. Iain said they need to finish the infrastructure and plan to be done by 2010.
But I agree with the two points. We need to take the question marks off the portfolio of patents. We need to make the whole thing work. Both are key issues to being in the IP licensing business. It looks like we will be much closer to completing your objectives by this time next year.
