With 778M shares LFBG announced a 3 for 2 forward split and went from .025 to .052 in two weeks!

Crazy that someone would be doing a FS with almost a BILLION shares out!

Strong case for a 100 to 1 FS here with ENCP - that would only take the OS up to under 70 MILLION. If ENCP did a 100 to 1 FS their stock would go to $1 within a day or two once people found out. Heck maybe even $5!!

That is one tenth the OS of LFBG prior to their FS!
