There was one more that I later saw, that could easily have fit into that post, which apparently the writer missed, not to mention probably dozens others that could also be contenders, but suffice it to say, our gov. just doesn't know how to spend OUR money wisely, but rather basically views the taxpayer dollars as an open checkbook.
