Just checked out Swifts Cosmid web page, I see he has a "contact us" section on it and phone number. Would be a good idea to bombard it with messages so he should get a clear message from all of us that he can't hide under any rock we will find him.
Since the internet is the powerful way of getting exposure to any business, let's make it a bit difficult for him.
