what difference does it make?
funniest thing about this whole situation: imo,we are finally about to see ipwg succeed. to finally followthru on one of its deals. to finally get the financing they need to follow thru. AND THIS CRAP COMES OUT. the magnitude of one vs. the other is ridiculous. if ipwg got financing, builds the polish wte, etc., no matter what the sec complaint states is inconsequential. at worst, it will affect the officer referred to. there is nothing to punish ipwg about. only the officer may receive some form of punishment - imo, a slap on the wrist. if it were worse, they would have named the officer as a defendant.
can the company move ahead without one of its officers? WITH FINANCING, IT CAN FINALLY MOVE AHEAD, AND SUCCEED, WITH OR WITHOUT THIS OFFICER. like i said, the sec complaint is so inconsequential compared to the rumored signing of the financing deal - if it comes true.
so how long a wait until we find out - a week at most. and do you think anything will happen with the sec investigation in the next week? so even if you're not a believer, what do you have to lose waiting the week. BUT SO MUCH TO GAIN IF THE RUMOR IS OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED!!!
