Veloyt, I am glad that one (intelligent) person holds 100 mill shares,
as opposed to 10 people holding 10 million each !!!!!!!
Those 10 people would sell or flip those 100 million shares sooner than ONE person selling his 100 mill.

IMHO, if Dale still has all 100 mill, he will sell 10 mill at around 1 penny
on a high volume (500 mill) day and KEEP the rest, thereby reducing the available trading (float) shares by 90 million.
and that's GREAT !!!!!!
Then later he can be selling 50-100K/months at a time for a few years ....... LOL

so, IMHO, we can be happy that Dale Baeten holds that many shares (it keeps the float smaller !!!!!)
and I hope and think that there are other insiders that also hold that many.
From the way that INCL has been trading it certainly seems to be the case.
The PPS acts as if this has a LOW FLOAT as several people have already mentioned.
