Also, one must consider the death spiral financing done with Cornell Capital. During 09 so far, Cornell Capital has been issued over 154 million shares. Cornell Capital is well known for shorting the company's shares it finances thus driving the company's shares downward where they can cover with money from converted share sales which were converted and sold at a higher price thus creating double profit all the while destroying the financed company.
I see nothing on this board addressing this issue. I have a feeling that is why this stock cannot get out of its own way. Perhaps it's being shorted by Cornell.
I'm not bashing, that's not my style. I just want to know if there's something I'm missing. I am always interested in potential opportunities, is this one of them, and why
