I missed the news on the dividend payment. Is this a liquidating dividend with ownership passing to another entity? Based on an earlier post that said $391 was collected on 15 million shares, the company would be valued at $250k on an outstanding of ten billion shares reported at the end of June. That seems a little high unless there is cash inside the company that transfers to the new entity. It also ignores the treatment of the preferred shares.

To tell the truth, I'm flabbergasted that the shareholders are collecting anything at all. Do I owe Berthhold an apology concerning half of the statement that he is probably a crook and/or an idiot?
