Thanks Clawmann, I had intended to ask you if the judge had to approve any settlement and you have answered that for me. It will help me to narrow my thoughts on this. Would the judge look unfavorably on such a transaction as the 77mil shares being part of a settlement since one of the participants is a publicly traded co. or what would his reasons be?
