Very good point JP and I would think likely not. In such case, How many shares remain that they [YA] can convert before reaching that point? If that number is limited, this would be another reason that "business as usual" will change. I had not considered this in my thoughts but it is one of the distinct possibilities for a change from YA's usual actions. Is that number about 400mil?
