Roxie, Yes if YA is a player in the settlement, which they most certainly would be. I have believed for some time that Scanbuy would be remiss if they didn't own shares of Neomedia as an insurance policy against a loss to Neomedia as such a loss would likely cause an increase in Neomedia stock PPS and help offset Scanbuys loss.
