I believe that the 77mil shares "exchanged" on Monday the 14th have a significant role in whats going on right now with Neomedia. However there are several scenarios of the role they could play in my mind of which about half would be bad for shareholders and about half could be good for us. As usual with Neomedia, it's a wait and see game.
